Because each custom cap is made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a production defect.

Production Errors

If we make a mistake on your order (wrong design, wrong placement, or defect), contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Ready-Made Items

Blank/ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
